01 / How we spotted the problem

We built our own tools
because the existing ones didn't work.

PulseCosta needed something that didn't exist: a leisure app with real-time footfall, an ERP for venues and a CRM for the field team. We tried what was on the market and nothing fitted.

So we built it. In about twelve months we went from zero to production with PulseCosta and Pulse Suite, a 14-module ERP: invoicing ready for Spanish e-invoicing (Verifactu), time tracking, accounting, HR and orders with AI forecasting. Then came Nordovi, a property portal with an agency ERP and tax calculation for three countries.

We learnt to build fast without losing quality: reusable modules, AI built in from the start and short deliveries that the client sees working every two weeks.

01Why not buy an off-the-shelf program?

If there's one that fits, we'll tell you during discovery. Custom software pays off when standard programs force you to work their way or to pay for several.

02What if I want to change something halfway through?

That's what the two-weekly deliveries are for. If the change expands the scope, we quote it first.

03Will I depend on you afterwards?

No. The code is yours and it's documented. You can have it maintained by whoever you like.

04Can it include AI?

Yes, and it usually does: forecasts, internal assistants or automations, with our private model.
