First, we automated
our own operations.
Keeping PulseCosta up to date, with almost 4,000 venues, events and alerts, couldn't be done by hand. We needed something to review, check and alert us around the clock.
We created agents that gather information, check it and only alert us when something needs attention. And an operations assistant we ask on Telegram how our systems are doing, which sends us a summary every day.
“Automation without measurement is a nice demo that nobody uses three months later.”
What we learnt: a reliable agent doesn't improvise. It follows fixed steps, uses AI only where it adds value (reading, classifying, summarising) and logs everything. When something doesn't fit, it stops and asks a person.
That's how we apply it for every client: first we measure what the process costs today, and we only automate what pays off.
